1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms for subscribing to paid offers available within the NeoSystem application and on the website https://www.neosystem.app

 

2. Offers

NeoSystem offers two types of subscriptions:

  • Path of the Hero: full access to all features without advertisements
  • Path of the Conqueror: access to certain features with advertisements displayed

 

These subscriptions are available as:

  • monthly plans
  • annual plans


3. Payment Terms

Payments are made exclusively through the platforms:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Transactions are secured and managed by these platforms.

The publisher does not have access to users’ banking details.

 

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed:

  • within the application
  • on the website

Prices may vary depending on:

  • the user’s country
  • the currency
  • the platform used

The publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

 

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually), unless canceled by the user.

Renewal and cancellation are managed directly via:

  • the Apple account
  • the Google account


6. Access to the Service

Access to premium features is immediate after payment confirmation.

The user acknowledges that the service begins immediately after purchase.

 

7. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with regulations applicable to digital content delivered immediately, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon confirmation of their purchase.

 

8. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after subscription.

Any refund requests fall exclusively under the policies of:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store


9. Account Suspension or Deletion

In case of violation of the Terms of Use or abusive use:

  • access to the account may be suspended or deleted
  • the current subscription will be immediately terminated
  • no refund will be issued


10. Changes to Offers

The publisher reserves the right to:

  • modify the content of the offers
  • add or remove features
  • conduct tests (including A/B testing)

These changes may occur at any time, including during an active subscription.

 

11. Liability

The publisher does not guarantee continuous availability of the service.

Interruptions, bugs, or data loss may occur.

No compensation may be claimed in this regard.

 

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
